Privacy Policy

Fikapaus is an app published by MASTEN AB (“we”, “us”). It has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of its own. We never ask for your name, email or any other details about you.
Information we handle
- On your device only. Your progress, statistics, language and settings are stored on your device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Purchases. If you buy “Ad-free forever”, the payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. The app only asks the store whether the purchase exists on your account, so it can be restored.
- Advertising. Unless you have bought “Ad-free forever”, Fikapaus shows ads through Google AdMob, only at natural breaks (never in the middle of an activity). To serve and measure ads, Google may process device information such as a mobile advertising identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad-interaction data.
Fikapaus does not use analytics services, does not collect crash reports of its own and does not send any app data anywhere.
Advertising choices
- In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the app shows Google’s consent request before ads are shown. If you decline personalized ads, ads are non-personalized.
- On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the advertising identifier may be used. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are requested.
- You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings.
- “Ad-free forever” turns ads off completely.
Google’s handling of advertising data is governed by Google’s own policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on your consent for personalized advertising and access to the advertising identifier, and on our legitimate interest in funding the app with non-personalized advertising.
Sharing
The only third parties involved are Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple or Google (purchases). We do not sell personal data and we do not build profiles.
Children
Fikapaus is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Because we store no data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can still contact us with any question.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
