How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app's settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
I bought on iPhone – does it work on Android?
No, sorry. Purchases belong to the store you bought from (Apple or Google), so they can't move between them.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store. On iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
How do I change the language?
Our apps follow your phone's language. You can also change it in the app's settings.
Why do I see ads?
Blindle and Fikapaus are free and show ads between rounds – never in the middle of a game. In Fikapaus you can remove them for good with one purchase. Brouhaha, Garnio and Rotara have no ads.
Do you collect my data?
Our apps don't need an account. Each app's privacy page says exactly what it does – links below.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
Your progress is saved on your phone and included in your phone's backup (iCloud on iPhone, your Google account on Android). In Garnio, PDF patterns and photos aren't part of the Android backup – use “Export everything” before you change phones.

Blindle
Why can't I see which letters are right?
That's the game! Blindle only tells you how many letters are right, never which. Use the colour-marking tool to keep track of your own theories.
Fikapaus
I already bought Ad-free but still see ads.
Tap “Restore purchases” in settings. If that doesn't help, email us with the store receipt.
Brouhaha
Forehead doesn't react when I tilt the phone.
Hold the phone upright against your forehead and tilt it clearly down for a correct answer or up to pass. You can also use the buttons on the screen.
Garnio
How do I move my projects to a new phone?
Settings → Export, then Import on the new phone. Your patterns come along.
Rotara
Can I add a player who arrives late?
Yes. Add them mid-tournament and Rotara rebuilds the rest of the schedule so it stays fair.
